We sell sports goods, including premium table tennis blades and related products.

  • Minor variations (e.g. wood grain, weight tolerance, finish) may occur due to the nature of materials

An order is considered accepted once:

  • Payment is successfully completed, and
  • You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Force majeure or supply issues

  1. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euro
  • Prices may or may not include VAT, depending on the destination country and applicable tax rules 
  • Worldwide shipping is free of charge and included in the displayed price
  • No additional shipping or handling fees are added at checkout
  • Payment methods are shown at checkout

We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.

We offer free shipping worldwide (to most countries).

Shipping details:

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price and are not charged separately 
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to destination, customs procedures or force majeure

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

For international orders outside the EU:

  • Customs duties, import taxes and local fees/charges are not included in the product price and may be imposed by local authorities 
  • These charges are not shipping costs and are not included in the product price; they are determined by local authorities and are customer’s responsibility
  • We are not responsible for delays, fees, or refusals caused by customs authorities

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of imports by local authorities.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refunds are issued within the legally required timeframe after receiving the returned goods.

  1. Returns Outside the EU

For customers outside the EU:

  • Returns are accepted only if required by applicable local law and/or explicitly approved by us
  • Return shipping, customs and related costs are responsibility of the customer

  • EU consumers benefit from the mandatory two-year legal conformity guarantee. This ensures that your product matches the description on our website, functions as expected for normal use and is free from defects.
