Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. General Principles

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
  • All products are carefully inspected and shipped with free worldwide shipping.
  • This policy explains your rights to return a product and receive a refund, including the procedures for EU and non-EU customers.

  1. Returns for EU Consumers 

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and BG law.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging
  • Free shipping is included, so no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs 

Refund:

  • Refunds will include the full purchase price including free shipping
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
  • Payment is refunded via the original payment method

  1. Returns for Non-EU / International Customers

For customers outside the EU:

  • Returns are accepted if the product is faulty or non-conforming
  • Free worldwide shipping applies on the initial order, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties or import taxes related to the return are the customer’s responsibility

  1. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products (Worldwide)

Regardless of location:

  • If your blade is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the description, contact us at info@paragon-tt.com immediately
  • We will provide instructions for return or replacement

  1. Contact our support team at info@paragon-tt.com providing:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. We will issue return instructions
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back as instructed

  1. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods
  • Payment is refunded to the original method of payment

  1. Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Products that are used, damaged or not returned in original packaging may be rejected

  1. Additional Notes

  • Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders. This is included in your total price.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes for the original delivery or returns remain the customer’s responsibility
